Hi, I was wondering how you drew on your tea cups?

I'm doing an assignment for an art class and I want to draw Alice and Wonderland on a kettle and cup.

I was just wondering what pens/paint/fixatives you use to keep the drawing on the cup.

pigments for ceramics
then i cook it in a ceramics oven
